Anyways, this episode was perfect! As sad as I am that I have to say goodbye to this show, I did like the ending. I think it gave us a satisfying ending, knowing that the school is still going to be there to be a beacon of hope for all supernatural kids.
I wish we could have seen Caroline as a headmaster! I'm pretty sure Cleo will eventually replace her, and I find that so fitting!
Landon and Hope loving each other forever was beautiful, but Klaus was right, she will fall in love and lose them bc that's the burden of been inmortal. At least they are able to see each other from time to time.
Klaus message was PERFECT! Josie sending the necklace back was beautiful! And Hope sending the weapon that can kill her to Josie ONLY means endgame in my book so I'm happy with that! My girls will reunite eventually and it will be perfect!
Anyways, thank you to everyone who joined me for this incredible ride. I started with The Vampire Diaries back in 2017 and I'm so sad this world had to end with such a hurry. But at least the ending was good.

They were hinting it since the beginning, and for hope she got her peace with her father and with Landon, now she’s starting over i mean she’s a vamp, witch and a wolf she has a looong life ahead of her, i just wish there was an s5 so we can see her with Caroline now she’s a headmistress but oh well. As for the whole show it was a mess only s1 was beautiful and well written. But at the end you can’t deny that posie is offscreen endgame because hello belgium it’s a win for the sapphics ♥️😌

2022-06-20 14:22:42 +0000 UTCi'm so sad that it ended like this, i believe that season 5 could've been the best season yet, with Alaric gone, Caroline as the headmistress.. i would've loved to see Josie back, and more cameos from the TVD cast like Bonnie, Damon and Elena visiting Caroline, and The Originals cast back for more episodes. sadly that won't happen, and it probably wouldn't have anyway but i like to dream hahaha!! i'm still semi-satisfied with the ending, but i think a season 5 to round it off would've just been perfect!

They also said that Hope & Landon could have eventually find their way back to each other again, it just wasn't the right time.

Ive been watching your reactions since the vampire diaries and it’s been so fun watching you react to these shows! I love that the writers kinda have a lot of ships crumbs this episode! No matter who you ship. Hosies got the letter and pendant, posies got the fact that Josie is now where Penelope went, hizzies know that hope and Lizzie are going to be together for eternity & Hanson’s got a lot of stuff this ep too! I cried seeing Caroline and Klaus and the ending with hope greeting the new students. I love that jedben got their happy ending and kaleb/cleo! also alaric leaving!!! Amen about time lol. Can’t believe we could’ve gotten a season five with Caroline as headmistress and Alaric gone. We deserved a final season :( but I was so glad to be here for what we got!

2022-06-19 23:49:19 +0000 UTCJosie is going to a school in Belgium, the same school Penelope left for in season 1. So technically it's Posie Endgame! But ships aside this was a beautiful finale. It is bittersweet, but atleast we got a conclusive ending.
