Eeekkk im so happy your doing a bing! The lair is in the sub shops freezer. And also can be accessed from their apartment in the hall thats right of the kitchen which is up the stairs in the sub shop. When a human opens it, its the sub station freezer, but when the lair is needed, one of the kids need to use it for practice or a wizard opens it, it becomes the lair. Of course the parents can access it so im assuming theres a spell where only family members are able to access the lair and other mortals can’t access it. Yeah thats the same lady from the restaurant episode, the episode when Harper was a waitress, also from the first episode. She works everywhere lol, shes in a lot more episodes. Their dad was a former wizard you find out why he’s no longer a wizard later this season
