2024-01-31 07:29:58 +0000 UTCyes basically this is hallmark first christmas lesbian movie with leading roles. so i get your frustration about the lack of kisses. they have been a few others films with lesbians before like "every time a bell rings" or "love classified" but the characters had barely any screen time at all. So it's refreshing to see two women in their 30s already out, with good career and very supportive friends and family that just want you to be happy. It's even better knowing that humberly gonzález and ali liebert are both queer in real life. "it’s to early to meet the parents" "even for lesbians?" was definitely my favourite line delivery of all time ngl !! but i 100% agree, we should have more movies like this in the future, representation is so important.
