2020-07-24 18:41:47 +0000 UTCJust go watch all of Psy's videos. It was Hyuna in this but also the 2 old men playing the game in the back are members of Bigbang (Daesung & Seungri). Yoo Jae Suk is still doing his thing as the Nation's MC and he's in a group with Rain & Lee Hyori.

PSY was already popular, but there is no way you can predict this level of popularity. First video to hit a billion views? Theres no way. Also as Gabriel stated, Yoo Jaesuk is the guy in green dancing, you know him even if you dont recognize his name. Hes THE variety show guy in Korea. The pelvic thrust guy is Noh Hongchul, who is part of the Infinite Challenge show (with Yoo Jaesuk), which ran from 05 until 2018

He was an YG artist back then and you know how YG love to make bangers like this (Bang Bang Bang, Boombayah, etc). Psy and YG himself (Yang HyunSuk) produced this song! This was the first youtube video to reach 1 billion views. It literally broke youtube because they were not prepared lol. The girl is Hyuna indeed. It's funny to see that she became one of his artists nowadays! The guy dancing with Psy is Yoo JaeSuk. He is a comedian and is the 3rd member of that meme group SSAK3 created this month with Lee Hyori and Rain! The 2 "old men" playing chess are Seungri and Daesung from Bigbang!
