The lyrics are very much criticism of the annoying personal questions women have to endure when being hit on (hence the "where do you live, do you live alone" line) and the mv makes fun of themselves (the famous Up & Down cam) but also of the Korean censorship system. Korean broadcasting actually forced the Up & Down dance to be censored (blurring the pelvis like in this mv). What EXID does here is show that if you unblur and focus on their legs, suddenly it's not 19+ anymore. Likewise, in all the scenes of the mv, when the censorship blur goes away, you see that nothing was actually worth censoring. So are things censored because of their sexual nature or because of the fact that women are doing it? Sorry for the novel :)
