I think they’ll be fine. SM groups who debut tend to get hate automatically. As long as they push forward, I’m sure they’ll get popular

2020-11-07 17:26:30 +0000 UTCOh this is a surprising video! Thanks Dame! That rap segment had 3 languages (japanese, korea and english), which shows Giselle's language skills. I love her attitude and swag! It's a nice introduction to this member but some people weren't impressed and even criticized her. Maybe they were expecting a new Lisa or Soyeon right off the bat but they forgot that Giselle trained less than 1 year and SM isn't known for their female rappers like YG and Cube. Lisa trained for 5 years in a hip-hop heavy label (YG) before her debut. It's also rare to see japanese rappers in the Kpop scene. Many people are hating this group already for some reason (the virtual thing, the comparison with Blackpink and Itzy, boy group-only fans, etc). These girls won't have it easy. I'm looking forward to your next reactions of them! Let's hope for some good music.
