K.O. was the song they were given for their competition show, Dance or Band as the final song to see who would debut (the band would go on to be Honeyst later). I know they were somewhat involved in the choreo from what I saw on the show, hard to pinpoint if they themselves came up with the pinwheel idea. They frequently choreograph for their songs nowadays. Yes, more SF9 (although I feel like I remember them watching Now or Never).
