This isn't really a behind the scenes for an MV, but for a video magazine. It's the oldest behind the scenes I know of. View, Married to the Music, Tell Me What To Do all have some. SHINee had a little mini series, called SHINee's back (six episodes around 10-12 minutes each) leading up to The Story of Light that has behind the scenes for Good Evening. Sherlock had a lot when it came out (2012) but I can't find any with subs now... -crying face- Their Japanese releases also have behind the scenes.
