That show produce 48 had quite few amazing performances and some original songs. That sound you heard at the end of the video is called Rumor. It was a 48 original (I believe) that included Sihyeon but was covered by Everglow (you can see it on their official youtube page). Its become one of my favorite songs - never skip it on the playlist. I had not seen the cover of Peekaboo with Yiren so thank you and that video creator. Going to check it out.
