Sorry, just wanted to apologise if previous comment sounded like I was being an annoying know-all... I was thinking out loud, in text, which is never a good idea. Loved the video and on the strength of it I have just started the book. Completely see what you mean about it being beautifully written. It's great.

I downloaded the audiobook off your interview with Victoria. What an awesome book it was, and I wasn’t crying by the end, I just had spores in my eyes obviously!

Really loved this (and it helped me decide I do want to read Deathworlder). I have been in the hobby 30 years now (started when I was 11) and have always said CATA-chan, but met somebody who pronounced it ca-TATCH-an only recently... also, sorry, I wonder if the link between Catachans and Australians is partly due to Henry Zhou's Blood Gorgon trilogy where he wrote about the 31st Riverine who were definitely Australian inspired, partly I suspect because Henry Zhou himself was ex-Australian military, but it was a piece of Catachan art on the cover of the book...? Anyway... loved the video, and thank you!

I’m afraid you’ve set a new standard now, and will be required to dress up for all following book club reviews!
