Y'all caught that IU picked up some marshmallows to buy, but its a reference to her previous title track, her second comeback, Marshmallow. Yeah I mean that high note is legendary. She killed it but it was unhealthy for her so she hasn't sung it (fully) live in quite some time. Wanna say the last time was 2018.
