CSR stands for cheotsarang, which means "First Love". Their concept is that every member was born in 2005. This is their second comeback; they debuted with "Pop? Pop!" and their first comeback was "❤️ticon" or "Loveticon". Both are absolute bangers. Shining Bright is definitely very "anime intro", which isn't their typical sound, but the cuteness definitely carries through their entire concept.
