Polls system changes! (!Please read!)
Added 2021-05-21 01:17:33 +0000 UTCDear guys, first of all I wanted to thank you for your support, patience and kindness!π There are more and more of us and it undoubtedly makes me happy!
I decided to revise the voting system, and make sure that only the most interesting characters to you get into the voting. The number and topic of votes will remain the same, but now we will choose these who received the maximum number of votes in each poll to send them to one final round poll (as well as the runner-up will be added to the separate Second Chance poll (Extra Large tier exclusive)). During the final round, the winner will be chosen.
Recently, there have been a lot of suggestions and we physically could not fit them all into the polls, and I decided that I would choose the most liked options from the comments section, so donβt forget to look in the comments and leave β€οΈ under the options you like!
Don't worry, the amount of content (characters drawn) will not change. I will personally choose two more characters, something that I want or something that you have suggested and I would very much like to try to implement. Sometimes I really want a little more creative freedom in the choice of characters, I hope you will be sympathetic to my decision to divide the choice between the two of us to make us all happy and not let me burn out. I know you are always very kind to me and I am very grateful to you for that.π

Your proposal is great, Ayya, and I think it will add more variety to an already varied gallery AND give you more creative freedom, which is what every artist needs to stay sane! π

2021-05-21 14:39:17 +0000 UTCThat sounds like a great idea to me! :) When it comes to polls, people usually just vote for their favorite characters, I certainly do that very often myself, and only very rarely vote for some character that I don't particularly know/like because I haven't seen that done in a while and would like some variety. So then when some games and movies etc are very popular, a lot of people will be voting for characters from those popular games and movies often in the polls.... And like with World of Warcraft for example, we see a huge amount of art from a huge amount of artists, for that game, all the time. And there's no problem with that at all, if the artists enjoy drawing those characters so often. But if the situation is that the artists would rather draw something different to have more variety and freedom.... Creative freedom is good! :) Basically, in an ideal world, artists could just do their thing freely and draw whatever they like to draw.

2021-05-21 01:44:39 +0000 UTCI think that is a great idea if it let's you broaden the type of characters you get to draw. I rarely know most of the characters that are in the polls. I would love to see more mainstream and indie comic characters! Coffin Comics Hellwitch, Purgatori, Vampirella, etc.
