Congrats dear! and if you like realism, I would suggest getting for rent, the fusebox is amazing, water heater, functional air conditioner, love them so much, and IM working on my versions of them :) I do need to make trash! :B and a dumpster D:

I appreciate any addition of "real life" stuff, like to make the game look more realistic. I love trash, dumpsters, wall clutter, graffiti, I know you have done a ton of this stuff already. I *really* appreciate your overrides. My school buses will remain pink forever.
