Useful drum exercise!
Added 2022-08-27 22:33:16 +0000 UTCHi guys! This is my favorite drum exercise and it is very useful for controlling your legs and arms! You need only one arm and one leg ;)
The main task is to gradually increase and slow down the tempo, play arm hits exactly between kicks!
It's not as easy as it seems! Usually the beats are mixed together, it shouldn't be like that. :))
When you playing at a slow pace, the muscle that lifts the entire leg works! And when you start playing fast, the toe of the foot starts to work!
