In case somebody recognizes the costume; yes it is based on the costume heroine of the recently translated game Nebelgeisterjäger wears in the submission endings.

Like I said on Discord, I really like the top part, and transparent frills that come down under the ribbon, but not really fan of the bottom being a leotard. Maybe the bottom could instead be lacy side-tie panties, with stockings/thigh-highs?
