Tobi's Workout Routine

Tobi exercises early in the morning before he starts his day as well. Every other day, he does a light workout session. After his workout, he showers then eats a very light breakfast (toast, eggs, fruit, etc.) with coffee or tea. He avoids eating a heavy breakfast because he doesn't like the feeling of being too full on the start of the day. Two days a week, he does a 1 hour and 30 minute session at the gym. Sometimes he goes out to a public gym, but to avoid the paparazzi, he has a private one at home. At certain times, he replaces his major workouts with indoor rock climbing. After Noms entered his life, she has been a very "helpful" partner for his daily routine. (wink wink)
