Angela is a sweet (and nosy) girl and is Noms' next door neighbor. She sometimes comes over with cookies and tea. Angela is pretty cool with Noms but not so much with Tobi. She refuses to indulge in Metal/Rock music and is a very spiritual person. She calls him the devil at times and Tobi teases her for it. (Tobi can't help but be a bully.)
"Don't fall for his charms, Natalie! He just wants you to do what he wants! That demon."
Noms knows that Angela is looking out of her and tries to convince that Tobi doesn't mean any harm. Angela has a hard time believing that but she trust Noms. As for what Tobi thinks of Angela, he senses that there is something "else" going on with her. Tobi is good at reading people.
