HP Concepts: Tobi and Noms' Outfits

There was a lot of trial and error for Tobi but I eventually nailed what I wanted. I wanted him to be a flashy rockstar for this particular outing. Tobi loves being the center of attention. Noms, on the other hand, is supposed to look radiant. I really wanted her to stand out among the other characters. She had to be since she is among big celebrities. This was a pretty long process, but I'm happy with how they look.
