🎃Blog Entry #1: October is Coming

September is almost over and Spooky month is approaching! 🦴

I plan on doing a few spooky illustrations to celebrate and maybe a quick Halloween comic. Right now, I am on the commission grind! I will be opening up commissions again before the changes hit (Looking at Friday or Saturday)! Once October comes up, I really want to focus on Halloween stuff. I was really happy to do something last year and would love to do that again.  

Now on to HP news! Last chapter really kicked my butt so I am taking this month off to cooldown. (No HP development.) That chapter really burnt me out so I apologize for the lack of art posts for September. Next month, I will start writing the script. I'm currently on the fence on what will specifically happen in the chapter but I know the general direction for it. Once I get writing, things will become more clear and who knows what will happen in the next chapter. *wink* *wink*❤

So I'll be focusing on some character sketches for outfit ideas and an attempt at a style guide for myself. X3 I feel like I tend to change up my style up a bit so a guide might help me stay on track. This is supposed to be a comic that I improve my skill overall, but I do feel bad for having the style be all over the place. Also, the new chapter will be getting a font change AGAIN! I know that has been the most inconsistent out of everything, but I want to make sure it's legible. This comic has been a huge learning curve for me and it's really challenged me to do new things. I really want to do more for this comic which is why I am making all these changes here and my daily routine. I also want to work on big side comics for the each Wild One. So look forward to those development blogs.

Also I've been pushing the date for the side comic I wanted to release for a while. I'm sorry for constantly pushing that comic to the side (haha), but I want to prioritize getting all of my work done including the sketches. I'll try not to set up an impossible schedule for myself in these few days of September. I just really want to blast through some art because I know a lot of people have been waiting for their commissions from me. 

I want to thank everyone for the support. It really brightened up my day when people said that they would continue their pledge after the changes. I plan on putting up more goals for Patreon, I just haven't thought of which one to start with. I thought of creating some exclusive content, but I'm still thinking of what to offer for this. It's not concrete yet, but it's been on the board of things for Patreon.
