The Thawne and New Cicada should have properly be developed on the second half of the season but instead it fills we had a lot filler making it aimless like the show only knew the last 2 episodes but not what's between. But I'm excited to see Reverse Flash back. I think this season would have worked better as season 3. S4 had his problems but Barry had an awesome costume, had put time travel behind him and learn to not trust people he barely know(he's the one that insist on Devoe even when he try to play innocent) but he is also happy and a mentor for another hero. Nora being not only is bad becasue it's Barry letting a speedster travel to the past. It's Barry getting tricked again but someone he's barely know. So erasing the lesson from the first 3 season. Next thing he will make a time remnant.
