Feedback Request + Bonus Chapters

Cognosticon here. Your normal daily chapter is coming soon, but first this to get everyone's attention.
I wanted to take a post to thank everyone who has supported me this far, but also to get your feedback. What have you liked or disliked about the series so far? What do you want to see in the future?
The current mini-arc will run for a while longer (under a month), then there will be a mini-arc about the monster incursion that's necessary to tie together all the plot threads so far. After that, however, Kai will be headed off to new lands. If you want to influence the course of the story, this is the time to speak up.
I have a clear vision for the long term, and the next two small arcs will show some of the broad plotlines of the series. That said, I'm open to everyone's input. This is your chance to have an impact on how I develop Depthless Hunger.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Your guess is right, you're getting more development of powers soon, so hope you enjoy it. The plan is to keep things mostly in Kai's head, but there will be other POVs from time to time. Glad you like them.

2023-10-01 22:32:53 +0000 UTCI’m really enjoying the story so far. We get daily chapters at a certain tier so the chapters are a pretty good length considering that. The explanations and reasonings of Kai’s actions and thought processes are pretty detailed and help cover any small plot holes that pop up, so those are covered. I would personally like for Kai to start trying to develop his powers and learn more about them and how to use them, but I’m guessing that’s around the corner. I am enjoying the interludes where we get to see ZZN’s thoughts and her reactions to Kai. If you do plan on reintroducing Inafay or any of the other past characters, I would love a whole chapter interlude from their perspective as well since it’s been awhile since we have last seen them. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the way things are going so far. Keep up the great work!!!

2023-10-01 21:25:51 +0000 UTCPersonally, I'm a sucker for rivalry arcs. Inafay was great for that, and I'd be thrilled to see more of her. If she doesn't end up being the long-term rival, someone else to fill that role in the story would be fantastic.
