able to live my daily life.
I have started rehabilitation for painting and will be drawing a lot of muscles again.

I've had protein (powder dissolved in water and shaken) once in the past and
it was impossible for me. It tasted so bad that it was painful to drink.
The one I drank at that time was chocolate flavor. My friend recommended that I try mixing it with milk. I hate milk tremendously, lol.
