I'm happy to announce that the script and images for the next update are 100% done. All told, this update adds 1,906 new images to the game, bringing the total for chapter 2 to 3,671 and the grand total for the entire novel so far to 5,673.
Like last time, we're looking to spend a week play testing, typo and bug hunting, polishing, and adding a few background quality of life things to improve the playing experience. So with that said, the tentative release date for the first exhibition is November 16th. I say tentative, because like last time, if everything is looking satisfactorily before then, it may end up releasing a little earlier. We're proud of our work and want to share it with you, so the thought of sitting on our hands if we get done early is an unappealing one.
