For an actual lewd scene, Hana's birthday encounter is head and shoulders above the others.

The bathroom stall scene takes the cake because Edwin has no idea that he will ever see Felicia again (much less be a carnation) and it's so impulsive and raw.

I ticked several things, but actually I could easily choose at least half of all scenes. But if I had to narrow it down, it would definitely be the scenes in the last update with Rosalind, Felicia and Mina. And these scenes mainly because of the respective circumstances (Rosalind under the table while the MC is eating, Felicia on the desk in front of the painting, Mina with her innocent look and the unexpectedly dirty words). I hope this helps you.
