Campione wasn’t the only people with supernatural ability among the mankind.

Magician, spiritualist, etc. There were a lot of people with supernatural ability.

Of course, the power of such human was meager. It was impudent to  even compare it to the authority that was usurped from god. However,  even though those abilities couldn’t possibly rival that of Campione,  people whose supernatural ability transcended to quite high level──could  appear in extremely rare case.

For example, Toba Riona.

She was the reincarnation of the sacred bird Yatagarasu and a descendant of the gods.

Her strength that was like phoenix among human was about at half level of the Campiones.

Just such power was already exceptional for human. Furthermore by  being bestowed power from her master Rokuhara Ren, she could transform  into the strong that could trouble even Campione.

Chaos.

The calamity that swept over our Universe 966.

The beginning was, yes, it was just a mere space distortion. The  passage hole that gouged the three thousand worlds──the more than three  thousand universes that are omnipresent within the multiverse. The space  distortion is an irregular connecting point that connected universes  that shouldn’t be connected by all means.

This space distortion──increased too many in number.

As the result, Universe 966 became riddled with passage holes. It  collided with the universes that had relatively close coordinate and  connected with them. And then the universes progressed to fuse with each  other.

The universes that collided would both melt and begin to fuse.

Such fusing point would envelop all life and material before long and  became the 《Sea of Chaos》, a calamity that gnawed on the world──.

The first Sea of Chaos was only as big as a sauce stain that landed on a napkin.

But, the encroachment progressed with terrific speed and in less than  twelve months 40% of Universe 966 was swallowed by the 《Chaos》.

If we only looked at earth where we mankind are living, 80% of the planet surface was already encroached.
