Actually Ban still doesn't have his sacred treasure.

Okay so, the moment in this episode when Meliodas catches Gilthunder's blade with his fingers, that was an in-control Meliodas using his demonic powers, whereas the Meliodas that escaped the Goddess Amber several episodes back was "out of control" and rampaging, hence the "animalistic" nature back then.
On that note, Meliodas can seemingly use his powers at free will, it's just not something he'll heavily rely upon unless unnecessary, so it's a sort of "switch on/off" type of ability, which's often indicated by his dark aura or the demonic rune on his forehead.

Sacred Treasure details time~!
Ban, Gowther, Diane, and King all currently have their Sacred Treasure/Weapon, whose innate magical strength can be brought to the forefront by their respective Sins, making each Sin even more incredibly powerful.
Wait and see as we'll find out about the fates of Meliodas's, Merlin's, and Escanor's Sacred Treasures as the series progresses.

"Full Counter" the go-to ability that belongs to Melioads only allows him to reflect "magic" based attacks, so indirect or physical attacks cannot be reflected and must be met with actual swordplay, and it's best to remember this detail going forward as its commonly used.
