If they didn't, please don't spoil. If they did mention it, feel free to refresh my memory. XD I now wonder if we will get other 'classes' that have tapped into the power of Sins.

This true. I forget a lot about the show since it was 4 years ago and it was already a bit confusing with all the info. Maybe the witch factors have something to do with it.

You mention a couple of time the theory that Emilia might be satella, which is possible but batelgeuse does tells Subaru near the end of season 1 that the whole point of what the witches cult was doing at the end of season was testing Emilia to see if she could be a suitable vessel to put the witch into.

2020-07-16 18:42:40 +0000 UTCIn episode 8 of re zero season 1 we get a bit of exposition about the witches from Beatrice: "Long ago the jealous witch Satella devoured the 6 witches that bore the names of the deadly sins and drained half the world dry...." so the witches are supposed to be dead so i wonder how the witch of greed is sill alive ?
