Judging from what you said at the end here, you're going to enjoy this show a lot and I'd be excited if you kept watching it. But, absolutely, these are long episodes, so don't feel any kind of pressure to return to it; take your time, whether off or on camera! Also, because you mentioned it: the stacks of paper in the prosecutor's office are an accurate representation of what these rooms might actually look like in Korea up until relatively recently (don't know about today), because criminal trials, in contrast to other sorts of trials, have not been digitized yet. That means all records are hard copies.
