I really think that seal is for Satella, but if Emilia has the key then her parents should be involved for making that seal? Another thing I remember them saying that Hero, Sage & Dragon sealed the Witch of Envy that was said fast in season 1.

2021-02-11 17:32:20 +0000 UTCThere are 2 interesting Things in the Conversation when Pandora asked Emilia to open the Seal, that they left out in the Anime Adaption ( like they did with some other Things in Season 1) Pandora mentioned, that only two people in the world are the key to opening the seal, one of which is Emilia and then someone else that we don't know anything until today. (Tappei Nagatsuki finished Arc 6 with Volume 25 1 1/2 Months ago, but he mentioned to plan writing 11-12 Arcs, and if the Number of Volumes per Arc dont change, it will be 25-36 more Volumes until he finishes Re Zero, the LNs are published since 2012 now) The other interesting Thing was, that Pandora also revealed she had been controlling the minor spirits that had played with Emilia and led her to the seal after she got separated from Archi ( which is also why the Spirits " nodded" when she asked if she can Help everybody if she goes to the Seal) Also, I personally think People call her Witchs Daughter in that World since she looks like Satella? Even Light Novel Reader apparently dont know any more Details since Tappei Nagatsuki didnt mentioned anything, only the Things we already heard 2 Episodes ago ( That Emilias Father is Fortunas Brother, a Full Blood Elf, while her Mother is a Human that decided to live with the Elves, and as we saw, Fortuna and her Brother have Silver Hair too, so im really interested to learn more in the Future)
