I have a feeling her disgusted look toward Rudy is due to Paul in some way, but who knows. Catching back up so we can start getting this out the day of or next day. :)

Hm if i remember correct they were mentioned in Volume 4 shortly and then in Volume 5 again. But direct Contact was only i think at the End of Volume 7 with one of them and then until Volume 12 where another Contact with Rudy happend. So we might see them in the Second Half of Season 1.

Usually spells that affects the weather. 5 King: High amount of mana with complex manipulation. 6 Imperial / Emperor Very high amount of mana with specific manipulation. 7 Divine / God Continental scale magic. According to Roxy, reaching Advanced Title is already a highly regarded Feat for Magicians, whereas anything above that (like Saint, King and Emperor) is extremly Rare and only very few People in the Entire World can hope to Archive this. God Tier on the other Hand is almost unreachable and is only heard about in old Storys that date back Thousands of Years ago.
