The first 4 Episodes werent Meh. That was thanks to 8bit doing Stupid Things in Season 1 out of Greed and such. They did great with Season 1, Adapting Volume 1 into Episode 1-8, Volume 2 into Episode 9-16, and then it went Haywire because Volume 3 was adapted with Episode 17-20, and then Volume 4 was only used the second half and that was squeezed into Episodes 21-23. They left out from the First half the Embassador Stuff with Eurazania, the Visit to Dwargon (Those 2 Events happend as you see before he went to Ingrassia) and Rimurus Travel to Blumund with the Help of Elen,Cabal and Giddo, him getting his Adventurer License there, his Meeting with the King of Blumund and the Rest of his Travel to Ingrassia. After Season 1 ended they saw how Popular it was and decided for a Season 2, but since they did those Decisions with Season 1, they were forced to at least put those Events now with a Changed Timeline into the Start of Season 2.

I am still highly suspicious that Noir has his own plans and in season 1 it was hinted that it was a mistake from Rimuru summoning him. I don't remember the exact words, but Noir isn't a good thing for Rimuru.

It gives the following abilities (Sub Skills): --Predation: Takes the target into the user's body. Lesser chance of success if the target has its own consciousness. It can be targeted on organic, inorganic and non-physical objects (e.g. spiritual life-forms like Spirits and Demons), as well as Skills, Magic and Arts and any projectile-type attacks of the aforementioned categories. Compared to its Unique Skill counterpart it has been improved and can now reach a range of kilometers and even consume space itself. --Stomach: Stores the predated target. It can also store materials created via Analysis. Items stored in the user's stomach are unaffected by time. The amount of space has been enlarged compared to its Unique Skill version. --Isolation: Stores harmful effects incapable of being analyzed, neutralizing them and breaking them down into magical force. --Rot: Performs Rot on the target, decomposing it if it is organic. Monster corpses partially absorbed in this manner will reward the user with part of the monster's skills. This effect is imbued into Predation. --Mimicry: Reproduces the form and Skills of absorbed targets. Only available once the target has been Analyzed. Originally most intrinsic Skills gained from a predated species could only be used at full capacity by taking the form of said species, but Universal Shapeshift negates that issue. --Food Chain: Derived from Receive and Provide. An ability that allows subordinates to the user to provide their strength to back him up, and he can divert some of his strength down to them. It grants him access to the skills of those connected to him. --Soul Consume: The ability to seize the souls of anyone begging for their lives, seeking help from the user, retreating, or running away. Once the condition is met, the soul can be seized at any time afterward across even very long distances instantly and the user gets informed about any malicious thoughts by the target immediately. The souls of the recently killed can also be seized.

It also contains the effects of "Analysis" from Unique Skill Predator --Parallel Operation: Operates on any matter the user wishes to analyze, separating it from the regular thought process. Any process under Parallel Operation is affected by Mind Accelerate and therefore sped up by a million times. --Synthesize/Separate:Transforms two differing targets into a single object and Release the properties inherent to the target and make it into a separate object. (The original object may disappear if it has no physical form.) --Future Attack Prediction --Cast Cancel: Annuls the casting period required when using Magic, etc. --All of Creation:Provides full coverage of all non-concealed phenomenons.

He wasnt Conscius at that Time and still in his Evolution Sleep. --When Great Sage went through it's evolution: In the LN it's explained that there is only a SINGLE chance for a skill to evolve into a higher form upon evolution. What happened to Great Sage evolving into Raphael is against the laws of the world. In the LN Great Sage forced the evolution attempts by it's own will/desire to be useful to Rimiru (a skill having it's own will is also, generally, not possible). It repeated the attempt somewhere close to a million times in those few seconds, before it took the path it did. --Rimuru actually killed around 10.000 Enemy Soldiers when he stopped using Megiddo and decended to the King. A few hundred were also trying to flee and were hundreds of Meter away when Rimuru activated Unique Skill Merciless. --When Razen used his NUclear Strike Magic, he was sure of his Win because Nuclear Magic is the greatest and most sinister of aspectual Magic. Against People especially, it was the strongest Magic in this World. Demons require a physical Body in order to manifest themselves, by destroying that pyhsical Body they would be forced back to the Demon Realm ( Demons are Spiritual Beings) --Why Razen was shocked: An Arch Demon was already a Calamity-Level Threat and they had often Leadership Roles in there native Realm. They were half-legendary, with only a small handful known to recorded History. Their Power was said to Rank A+, alongside that of higher level Spirits, and they were dangerous enough already to even be considered Sub-Demon Lords. Razen defeated at least one Arch Demon in his 400 Years since he serviced Falmuth, but the New Demon was as he realized a Primordial Demon and a Primordial stands even above Arch Demons. --Demons can be parted into 4 Ranks: Lesser Demons ( they who look like a Mix of a Goat and Human with Wings, which we saw in Season 1 Episode 24 for example), Greater Demons ( of which Beretta, who Rimuru summoned in Season 1 for Ramiris is one), Arch Demons and then Primordials (there are only 7 of them and they dont come often into the World, so they arent known to the People in this World, only few who Research deep into Matter regarding Demons will learn about them) --Ultimate Skill as it is called, is a device to grant access to the ultimate principles of the world. Ultimate skills, as the name implies, give the wielder ultimate power to control the very laws of nature. The only way to counter an ultimate skill is with another ultimate skill. That is the absolute, unbendable rule of the world. Like with Unique Skills, Ultimate Skills also have sub-skills included.
