You already mentioned one, but the other two are teacher dying but nobody reacting after and with the dragon wyrm girl speaking and everyone understanding when the MC is talking outloud with humans chasing her but nothing happening there. Having a hard time with suspension of disbelief with the inconsistencies right now. I remembering why i dropped this besides the annoying MC now. The story telling was all over the place, i do need to see more, maybe plot holes will fill. I did stop at 3 episodes before.
