2018-12-04 20:44:16 +0000 UTCHarlequin was glowing once again because he released his sacred treasure's true abilities, albeit temporary, as the backlash from using it for extended periods of time can severely harm him, as he is currently not strong enough to truly wield it's unlocked form yet. Once he's gotten much stronger, he'll be able to use those released abilities without reservation or backlash, thus permanently increasing his own strength and capabilities.
