Ah, thought so, but then again it's been awhile since I watched episode 2. He definitely comes off Shakespearean for sure. That...is an OP af ability she has then. XD

2018-12-21 19:54:38 +0000 UTCYes, it was revealed in Episode 2 that Caster of Red is Shakespeare. Semiramis also has an inherent ability called Double Summon that pretty much just allows her to be summoned as an Assassin AND a Caster at the same time. That's why she's able to use magic on par with a magus from the Age of Gods.
