Our boy Yato has so many nicknames... Stray God, God of War, God of Calamity, Delivery God, Broke God, Lost Cause.... and now you've given him the moniker of "Pinocchio (God)" too! XD

2021-06-05 02:53:19 +0000 UTCMight I just say, it's hilarious that Yato, a stray god living in absolute poverty, charges only 5 yen for every wish he grants (subtle Shinto culture related reasons), but Kofuku, the god of poverty, who has regular income, a place to live, and no missed meals... charges excessive amounts of money to grant wishes (5 million per wish) and she, more often than not, brings about random disasters from her innate "bad luck".... Lmao

2021-06-05 02:32:38 +0000 UTCHonestly, it's another case of "don't judge a book by its cover," but it is always so funny & pleasant to see "mean ol' Daikoku" be such a softie & caring figure, even when he acts/appears to feel differently. He's a reliable "bro" type of character, willing to have Yato's/Yukine's/Hiyori's back when they need a hand, but also willing to shit talk and stand his own ground when necessary!
