2021-06-07 17:00:30 +0000 UTCI'd assume "torn spirits" must refer to those who've been blighted while master-less, perhaps permanently damaging/altering their very being in some manner that makes them unusable while in Regalia form, hence the cracked/broken mirror but an assortment of different outcomes depending on the individual.
