Obviously, the proper way to console a (visibly) distraught, in tears woman who you've only really met that same day, and seemed bothered by something throughout your triple date day, is to pull them close and forcibly kiss them in the most selfish manner of misreading signals... fuckin' yikes, this still makes me livid, especially since we know what Hiyori's actually experiencing and shit...

Damn, Ebisu went all "did we just become good friends for banging (wielding) the same chick (Nora)?" to Yato and I can't help but laugh at his deadpan deliveries.. Lmao

(Trivia Time) Shrines can exist basically anywhere/everywhere in Shinto, so long as there's "kami" believed to be reside within or in the surrounding area, as each shrine can technically be dedicated to a different "kami" (or "kami(s)") to worship, as there's roughly 7 million "known"/"worshipped" "kami" but the individual chooses which are most important to their own daily life & beliefs to worship, a handful typically.

(Trivia Time) Izanami ("Izanami-no-Mikoto"), whose mentioned to dwell within the underworld in this series, is another "kami" (god) from Shintoism, and she's known as the "first female" & "first wife," as well as a goddess of creation & death... She was created alongside her brother & (former) husband, Izanagi-no-Mikoto ("Izanagi"), the "first man" & "first husband" & the both of them are said to have created the archipelago that which Japan resides upon. Moreover, these two "kami" produced many notable other deities, like Amaterasu ("sun goddess"), Tsukuyomi ("moon god"), and Susanoo ("storm god") that are important in this particular mythology.

Manga's still ongoing, to my knowledge, with 90+ chapters though I think the author's been having health or personal issues that have made the release of chapters scarce compared to when it first debuted... fingers crossed this series sees a complete ending!

2 years later (from this reaction) & 6 years after this season aired in 2015.. yet nothing's been said about a Season 3 for Noragami, which is an honest-to-god damn shame, cause it was (and is still) very popular, plus the characters & storytelling are very fun so it'd be great to watch more of their journey... Maybe it'll turn out like "The Devil is a Part-Timer!" and announce a sequel many years later when no one's expecting it, having lost all hope of it happening!
