Kanata no Astra Episode 6

This has to be my favorite episode of this series so far. The emotions really hit me.

Screw that person that bitches about it. It was handled well. I swear, if someone does bitch about it, it'll be due to him not identifying as a girl or the extreme right being mad he is intersex in general. My emotions hit me hard in this episode because I know what it's like to be in Ulgar's shoes.

Definitely. They keep the tension and suspense high with all of it. Its really really good. Then the emotions hit. Lol

Having read a lot of the original material for the shows airing this season. Astra is actually #2 on my rankings in terms of hype, just after Vinland Saga. It looks trope-y at first glance, but the characters and the multiple layers of mysteries have a huge amount of thought put into it. It only gets better as it goes on. Sorta the opposite of Dr Stone which has a great premise and opening hook, but loses the feeling of tension as it goes on

I don't think Charce is the traitor either, first because I don't believe there is a traitor at all, it would basically be suicide since he couldn't go home alone. But also Charce is the cook, if he was the traitor he could just poison the food. And I agree with you, I think there is a good reason why Charce didn't attend the same classes, maybe because he is homeschooled as you said, or maybe he is too poor to take the classes that he wants or something like that. As for this episode, it was probably the best one yet, lots of emotions, great character development for Ulgar and Luca. I think the whole "intersex" thing is handled very well (but I'm also sure someone on twitter will scream about it) .
