In the Manga, she tasers Vulcan and knocks only Yū back with her flames. The Picture from the Manga: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/fire-brigade-of-flames/images/4/4f/Lisa_Tasers_Vulcan.png/revision/latest?cb=20161130081441 The Round Object Giovanni destroyed was that Projector that we saw in the Last Episode, Vulcan build it with his Father and Grandfather when he was a Child. Btw, i dont like this 2nd Opening personally, especially the Music. I hate that Type of Music where they cry like Idiots ( i never liked Music in my Life, but i found an Execption especially in Japanese Music)
