Can we say how ironic it is for the /Pirate/ Askeladd, whose main line of work for decades was pillaging, deceiving, killing, etc... and yet he's suddenly honest/truthful to Prince Canute about his heinous actions and takes responsibility for Ragnar's death instead of deflecting/denying it... Only goes to show how much Prince Canute and his resolve actually inspired Askeladd, how much it struck a chord with this devilish man, enough to make him willingly devote himself to the Prince without a second thought, to be at his beck & call of his own choice... damn that's good writing!

2020-01-10 07:36:52 +0000 UTCBest Girl Thorkell's weakness, his "glass jaw," may be his sole vulnerability unless it directly translates to "any blows to the head" that work to knock him unconscious. We don't know if Thors punched Thorkell's jaw many years ago, but at least it was his face, so he may just be weak to anything head-related, so Thorfinn went for a kick to the jaw since he had 2 usable legs and only 1 usable arm.

Thorfinn's got guts, that's for sure... as well as a shit ton of insanity XD
