Added 2019-12-09 19:09:25 +0000 UTCThis entire episode was a 100/10 episode! From beginning to end. Bjorn wanting to die by his friends hand in battle, so he can go to Valhalla was great. Askeladd spinning his web and using the spider in the web in the ceiling of the room they schemed in was awesome.

Oh yeah, tis' fun fact time w/ AlduicS as I point out that, unless it's sheer coincidence, at the very end of the Vinland Saga's 2nd ED, one Viking stands atop a bloody battlefield and reaches out towards the Valkyries, whose jobs were to seek out warriors who died valiant deaths in battles so it's believe they scoured battlefields... now it might just be sheer coincidence, but the design of that Viking is oddly similar to Bjorn, which sorta relates to what happened this episode... or it could even be symbolism for his passing! ^~^

2020-01-10 09:35:01 +0000 UTCSo much went down this episode and it's absolutely bonkers... the reunion between Thorfinn & Grandpa Leif, the spread of rumors as the Spider Askeladd spins his web throughout the town & populace, the emotional exchange of swords between Bjorn & Askeladd with the intent of sending the former to Valhalla instead of slowly dying from his stomach wound, and then the ominous/tense ending scene where emotions are boiling over for Askeladd as he gets ready to duel Thorfinn shortly after losing his sole friend... 100/10 is an understatement imo lol
