2019-12-30 20:47:01 +0000 UTCI've been forgiving of the drop in animation quality this season because it was at least passable and the storytelling was still great, but you can't blame anyone for dropping the anime on this episode. This whole episode was passable until the end, Escanor fighting Meliodas is such an obviously important point in the show that people would look forward to and it was handled like absolute trash, lol. I don't know what they're thinking, they could've made the rest of the episode crap and focused the budget on that one moment and it probably would've been received much better. I mean everything with Melascula and Elaine is interesting and all, but let's be real no one gives a shit about it compared to Escanor vs Meliodas. Also I noticed that Elizabeth's eyes were randomly normal in some frames instead of goddess eyes, what a trainwreck...
