Originally, in the Manga, its called Legendary Red Baron ( Densetsu no Gekitsui-ō, lit "Legendary Aerial Ace", Yen Press translates it to: Fabled Ace, Funimation translate it as Legendary Ace) Also, Bach is a German surname.
