2022-04-14 03:37:58 +0000 UTCWe recommend overnight so that all the ingredients are properly rehydrated but the veggies are ready immediately as soon as you add water. It's the beans and grains that take longer. The beans and grains are pre-cooked so they aren't harmful or anything but it may not be the texture your bird prefers is all.
