Tail feathers chopped (because they wrongly believe it controls the birds' flight), over grown beaks that over lap, toenails growing into the pads of their feet. Very sad. She educates but reaches a much smaller audience than you do. I have not seen a proper grooming video on birdtricks, including wing trimming if people desire. Just a suggestion so people won't lop off any more tails!
