Just got to finish this zoom live, I love all the stories about the training conference, sounds like you had a very valuable time in there, it sounds like you had epic lessons! I know you said you would’ve enjoyed having Dave with you even for some of the time but it sounds a lot like the separation created a potentially good environment for you both to be able to focus and be more receptive to your lessons, and have each personal growth as trainers. I hear you talk about all your emotions, and it is really awesome you recognize your temperament so well, especially with your training craft, so while remember that you’re doing really well even if you have different temperament or training styles than the other people in the room, and many other people and trainers have similar very emotional experiences, and they’re still epic and well balanced trainers. It sounds a lot like this experience was very interesting and pushed you through learning a lot about your style of training and your training superpowers, also shined light upon information that can help you grow as a trainer. How wonderful!
