Day 4 with Zip and Zoom
Added 2023-08-03 18:44:15 +0000 UTCThese two are definitely progressing at two different paces. And I can see they are both capable of SO MUCH, so I am really trying to squeeze as much into my immediate time with them as possible so they believe it too. You may notice I'm pushing to the absolute brink, and then dialing it back from there to find their boundaries in pushing through their own fears and discomforts.

Personally I've always thought smaller birds are harder to train.

I have been working on the wave with my green cheek and he has the same problem as Zoom but he moves so much quicker. I had to go back to training perfect step ups because I frustrated him. It only took a day to get him back. It took me 2 sessions with my parrotlet to wave its just weird how some birds learn somethings faster then others.
