This video was so fun to watch! Love the hat trick too. I totally get why Jamie is jealous of not being able to be in the equation, but being the one who has bonded with all these amazing birds through training is priceless. Theyβve all come SO far and I absolutely love watching the journey. Iβm completely obsessed with Ava π₯°

I think VoiceOver off, particularly good because they allow you to focus on the birds, body language more fully rather than also needing to look for snippets of useful information.

I don't know why I am always surprised by people enjoying voiceovers but I will definitely search for more ways to tie it into more videos! Thanks for the feedback.

I was wondering how many people would notice the little birds watching lol.

There isn't a hierarchy with parrots if that's sort of the question. Jinx is really fantastic on freeflight trips with other birds. He doesn't mind anyone and will be happily surrounded by other birds but if one tries to land on me... not so much... it's more about the environment and birds are very much "attack the weakest link" that's why trying to socialize birds of different abilities can be so difficult.

While I hate that my birds "love" my husband more than me, I'm actually really fortunate because this means I get to work with them more without throwing off the balance in the house. I loved watching this!

So, I have questions? In every other species whenever there is a herd, pack, etc. there is always a "leader". Is this true with a flock of birds also? Is Jinx trying to assert himself as the "leader" with all of the newcomers? I think it's safe to say that Jinx considers Jaimie his mate since every time he's with her and Dave walks into the room he's ready to fight Dave! I wonder if it would be better for the flock entirely if Dave worked with them more and Jaimie a little less?

I actually really love this format. I have a new as VoiceOver and then further explanation from Dave at the end really worked for me. And perhaps you could do a similar format with the master classes?
