Update on Zoom and Ava...

I've had Ava over a year now and she's such a goofball. She embodies why I enjoy this species so much for sure. What do you think of these two together?

I am sad that Ava never progressed with her free flight but at the end of the day it is her choice. But watching her and Jinx made me want to get one someday when I have the space.

2023-12-18 21:15:19 +0000 UTCMy 2 budgies really don't like to bath. The guy is like no way. And hates on me when I have sprayed him. The girl is it's ok, but I don't like it. I have tried different spraybottles, birdbaths, in salad or herbs. But no. Yesterday they had a plate with some vegetables on it, and the girl had fun throwing it on the floor. So I put some water on the place and she went crazy. I don't think there was one feather dry on her after a few minutes. The guy not so much. He stepped in it and layed down once. That was it for him.
